We're going to find the joy in saying NO and setting boundaries when it comes to what you offer, and learn how to tell your clients exactly what you do and don't offer in a way that doesn't seem scary or rude. BONUS SECTION: My sister Tess joins me for Smart Cookie, a segment where I invite my non-baker friends on the show and quiz them about baking for YOUR entertainment.
